SimpleSearch fails to return results after upgrade/downgrade

Upgraded SS from 1.2 to 1.3 and now the search no longer returns results. Before it worked beautifully.

That’s all I got to go on...

actually I have SS working on another Revo 2.0.8 site. My tpls, calls are identical.

UPDATE: the SimpleSearch form on the site is is working no longer works. It’s not returning results. That means I have 2 Revo 2.0.8 sites without functioning Search capabilities.

UPDATE: I found a SS 1.2 transport package and installed that manually but it too fails to return results. WHat in heck am I doing wrong? How can this be? Oh, I forgot: it’s technology!

UPDATE 2: Uninstalled 1.3. Uploaded an old 1.2 transport package. Used Package Management to locally search for the transport, then installed it. Nice to have this working again.

So, to summarize: SimpleSearch 1.3 simply doesn’t work for my Revo sites.
