How to activate Highlighting in SimpleSearch?

Do we have to define the highlighting of the search-term on the result-pages in SimpleSearch? Maybe somewhere in the css-files? In our setting there is no highlighting although this feature is activated in the settings.

The following works for me, add this to your landing page and alter the css to suit:

[[!SimpleSearch? &highlightTag=`strong` &highlightClass=`search-highlight`]]
