I want to change the standard texts into german (the button »search« into »suchen«, »18 Results found for...« into »18 Ergebnisse für...«, »There were no search results. Please try using more general terms to get more results.« into a german expression) but I don’t know where I may change the code for that. Or is there a special language file I can use?

It’s meant to be editable in the lexicon section, at least thats what I thought. But I did not get it to work :/
