Can't get anything to show up on web

Hi,
I recently installed modx and was able to login and work in the manager fine. However, when I launch the site all it show is the index.html page. I can’t access any of the other pages. It is installed the public_html directory. Here is the page:http://www.builders4christ.com

Here is my server info:
Linux
Apache version 1.3.34 (Unix)
PHP version 4.4.1
MySQL version 4.1.14-standard-log
I am using Firefox in Windows XP. Please forgive me if it’s something simple. I’m new to all of this.

Your server is most likely set to serve index.html pages first, then index.php pages if there is no index.html page. Make sure that either you reverse that setting in your server’s configuration, or get the index.html file out of the directory where the main index.php file is.
