AJAX not working in the manager??

is it possible that the manager makes the use of AJAX inside a module harder than in a normal webpage??

I haven’t used it at all in the front end yet, but I’m using it quite successfully in a module.

gonna kick my *ss and try Prototype then... I was a little bit scared, but it seems to be THE way to go So I just have to process the data in a separate PHP file and echo it... right ?

Check out moo.ajax.js, so light but yet serve its purpose

I think I’ll use the full Prototype thing because I really plan to extend my application further than just updating the content and showing/hiding stuff on my page. I’m building a ’service catalog’ management tool for a company. But for simple stuff I think it can be really nice and I think i’m gonna use it.
