Replace submit values in ResultTpl [SOLVED]

Hi

I am using formit,
but i have a lot of select items in my form
and the values are all ID’s of documents from my modx site.
But when i submit the form, all the id’s are send in the email (this is normal behavior)

But how can i replace the id’s in the email tpl with the pagetitle off the corresponding documents.

I hope/guess with a custom hook, but i can’t get this working

Hopefully one of you know the answer...
