[SOLVED] Include URL from which form was submitted

I need that Eform report would include page URL from which form was submited. How could I do that?

Found a solution for that:

Just made one more input to the form. Value is set to the page full URL in which you are at the moment. Also using div id to hide that input at front end.

You really do not need the div, and the css to hide it.
Just use
<input type="hidden" name="pageURL" value="[(site_url)][~[*id*]~]" />

Tried that at first. But got error from validation: "[undefined] » Tampering attempt detected!". So did it over css.

You need for force a validation on the hidden field

I use this to send the title of the page
