eForm sending auto resonse from (Unknown Sender)

I am using eForm to send an auto response and it works fine except that it says it is from (Unknown Sender). How can I change this?

When I view the details of the email, it shows the from field as blank.

Here is the call I am using:

I’m sure it’s some small stupid thing I am overlooking.

Do you have a field named email in your form and is it required, otherwise it’s likely to be blank?
You could always use :

Which is the palceholder for the MODX site setting in Tools => Configuration => User => E-mail address

One last issue I am having:

So basically an email gets sent to the person who filled out the form with the subject of Thank You For Contacting Us

The form report gets sent to the business owner, but it has the exact same subject line. Is this being driven from the same place? And if so, is there a work around for how I can set the subject line of the report to be different.

The subject placeholder is common to both, so no easy way of doing it that I’m aware of.
