Problems with eForm [SOLVED]

I set up your eform call and templates and they submitted and redirected on a local install. I did notice that there doesn’t seem to be a subject line set. Also noticed that the other forms have a p-tag with class=error, but this one doesn’t. Is it possible that there’s an error getting generated but not shown?
EDIT : I overlooked it ...
Otherwise I’m at a loss at the moment ...

Thanks Matt for your attempts to get this thing working. I did add the subject line back in and it didn’t help. So, it’s something else. Hopefully someone else will stumble upon this thread and have an answer.

I can probably guess the answer to this question, but that said : is the only difference between this form/page and the other working ones the templates/ids used in the eform call? If you substitute the info for the contact or appointment forms on this page (temporarily) do they work on this page? By swapping in-and-out some of the known-good components you might be able to isolate the problem. Or try this form and report out on another page.

All of the pages are using the same page template so the code should be the same. They all redirect to the same thank you page with an id of 11. They just call in a different Chunk for each form. So, the chunk has to have something wrong in it or the call has something wrong. But, the call is the same for all three except what it is calling in.

Not sure what parts to try to swap out. I did try to remove all of the radial buttons and it still didn’t work.

What I was thinking is that you could take the feedback form for the survey and call it in, say, the contact page instead of the "contact" feedback form. Just in order to test that processing takes place and it’s not something there. Then, if that call works, swap in the survey form itself. From a problem-solving perspective, you ideally won’t have them both working successfully on another page - unless there’s something wrong with the survey page resource itself.

FWIW, I can get the same effect - i.e. a submitted form just returns a refreshed page with no values set - if I muck up the formid specification. In other words, this in the eForm call

will just refresh the page with no values set.

The same is true if the back-ticks aren’t actually backticks.

You nailed it. Every once and a while Safari on the mac adds extra code into my text in tiny mce. There was a weird span code around the survey formid.

I should have looked at it in plain html a lot sooner.

Unfortunately, I’m usually the one that needs help. Not very good at giving it unless it’s fairly simple. But, you’ve inspired me to keep my eye out for items that I can help with.

I don’t think that’s specific to Safari, TinyMCE does "helpful" stuff like that all the time. I really wish it had an easily configured "what I entered is what I want" mode.
