New install - I follow docs to template to make a copy of default, but it doesn’t tell me where the css file is.

    • You can usually tell where a css file is expected to be by looking at the link to it in the head of the template.

If you are installing a new template, it will be in the unzipped folder, and you upload the whole folder into your site’s assets/templates folder.

I’m sure its quite simple, but its still alien to me.

Logical to me, would be templates & css, so I could duplicate or create a new css like the template.

In the instructions it says templates and shows the css but not where to locate it. I write code but all I got was begginers xhmtl.

        That’s my feedback.

        Thanks

CSS is stored as a file under /assets/temaplates/default/site.css .

I hope it helps, you can use MODx document as a CSS file too.

          regards,

          zi

            Thank you zi,

Nice simple answer, too much knowledge can get me in trouble when working within a system.

            Regards,
