eform stopped working

I had a working eform install at http://successnaturally.com/contact, prior to pointing the domain at the modx install. (It’s still on the exact same server as was used for development) Now that the domain has been pointed, clicking submit on the form gives no error or response of any kind.

When I check Chrome’s developer tools, it says that it’s returning a 404 error for a file ’send-mail.php’. I can find on reference to this file in eform or class.phpmailer.php.

Has anyone experienced this before, or have any ideas how I could fix this?

Not sure from the outside, but I see a couple things you could look at.

You have your FURL’s working OK with alias paths. Your Base Href looks good.

Your form action is "/contact". I wonder if you might want "contact" there without the slash. You could try that hard-coded, or play with whatever variable you stuck there.

Another minor thing that is common when newly pointing your domain is that you still have some cruft left over from the previous URL. "~success" and that sort of thing. Take a look at your links and you’ll see. There are 2 quick ways of cleaning that up - you can either uncache your Wayfinder calls, or possibly better yet, just clear your site’s cache if you’d like to keep cached Wayfinder calls. Not a huge deal, but you may as well clean that up.
