eForm + HTML5 + jQuery ?

Hi all!

Does anyone know how to implement a form like seen on this url: http://flowplayer.org/tools/demos/validator/index.html


I know how to use eForm for basic contact form + file upload and basic validation.... but I’m a little lost with this jQuery validation + I would also implement date field with date picker..

It’s all in your eform chunk tpl. That tpl can take any form you want; just copy the form from the flowplayer site demo and add the eform="..." attribute to the fields. You can even load the javascript at the beginning of the chunk.
