Okay, I thought I knew how to do this, but I’m not getting it right! I was wondering if one of you eform gurus could help me figure out which elements to alter in the following code to make it eform-ready. I know how to create the Report and Automessage to accompany it ... just can’t get the form itself to submit!
Here is the original, unchanged form I’m trying to convert. I’ve tried changing the action attribute, adding name attributes, adding eform attributes, etc., but there’s apparently some big conflict going on here! Is this type of form incompatible with eForm?
