Hi - there is a tiny error in the doc provided with eform at assets/snippets/eform/docs/eform_examples.htm
Line 5 (ignoring blanks) of the HTML form template has name="Name" where it should have name="name", which results in the field not being populated in the sent form.
Not sure what the correct process is for pointing out doc errors so point me in the right direction if this ain’t it!
