I’ve read a couple of forums on this website and realized that for some reason those that know are more willing to jump in and help those who come right out and say that they’re new to ModX.. So...
I’m Brand Spankin’ new to CMSes period. I glanced at Joomla a couple months back because a friend of mine has a religious attachment to it but this seems to be what I’ve been looking for.
With that said. Since my installation, I’ve gotten pretty far. My issue now is this eform snippet.
When I tried it out and tested it, everything came out fine, then I put it in a page and when someone clicks he submit button it sends them to a page with the same alias as it is located in but in an additional folder.
So. my form is in a page titled Shortsales.html inside of Services folder. But once the button is clicked, the address bar looks for the same page inside of a Services folder which is inside of another Services folder in itself. like so:
http://www.mypage.com/services/shortsales.html
after I click submit, I get a 404 error message because I was sent to this page:
http://www.mypage.com/services/services/shortsales.html >:(

I’d like to point out that when I tested it out to learn how to use the snippet, the page was not located inside of a folder. I’m not sure if this is a bug, or an easy to fix issue, I sure hope it’s the latter, but I would love some help.
