    OK, I think there’s been a typo in eForm’s documentation. If you look at the footer of http://yoursite.com/assets/snippets/eform/docs/eform.htm the eform pseudo attribute is different from the wiki:

    <select name="mySelect" eform_options="Select Country::1" /> (datatype left blank)

    So "eform_options" might work.

    I’ll correct the wiki if this works.
      Mostly harmless.

      The eForm attribute is eform="..."

      eform="Select Country::1"

      Validation by javascript is useful for immediate feedback to the visitor, but it can be bypassed by anyone who seriously wants to feed you bad data.

        OK, I’ve tested it myself and neither solutions work. Must be a bug in eForm (plus there’s a discrepancy in the eForm documentation).
          Mostly harmless.

              <select id="title" name="title" eform="Title:string:1">
                              <option value="">Please select</option>
                              <option value="Mr">Mr</option>
                              <option value="Mrs">Mrs</option>
                              <option value="Miss">Miss</option>
                              <option value="Dr">Dr</option>
                              </select>

              Works for me, maybe having the id & name both declared makes a difference?

                hello everybody. Sorry fo my english.

                I had the same problem, no error message with eform for my Select.

                Finally i found the problem. I built my select with their options in a snippet.
                To resolv my problem, i just let the options in the snippet and i put the select in the html code.
                And i call my snippet who will build my option.

                And it works.
