    Hi,

    I have an eform with vericode but since our website went online (from http://phixion.testvds.com to http://www.phixion.be) I always get this error with the verification code:
    Invalid verification code

    http://www.phixion.be/en/contact.html

    Already tried to delete the cache-files, history in browser, checked php.ini, sessions are saved, the call is uncached,...

    I don’t know what to do next, any ideas? Has it something to do with changing the domainname?

      Tried to install a new standard eForm and had the same problem, I really don’t understand, it worked perfectly in the test environment (which is the same server BTW)...

      Not really solved it, but installed the checkField snippet of Susan Ottwell

      But I’m still worried about the settings on my website, maybe it will affect other scripts in the future...

      If someone experienced the same problem, let me know

        Do you have this in the <head> section of your template(s)? Try adding it if not:

        <base href="[(site_url)]"</base>

        Also try doing an upgrade install in the new location (without installing the sample site). That will often straighten out the paths.

          When you cleared your browser cache, did you also clear any cookies for the domain? This sounds more like a stale cookie or session value than a problem with the server settings.

            Hi,

            The base-url is included in the header.
            I cleared everything in the browser, also cookies.

            It must be a session problem, when we want to change something in MaxiGallery at the front-end, the users log out automatically.

            I’m going to try an upgrade install.

                Are you seeing the vericode image?

                  Yes, the image is visible.

                  It seems that I still have problems with sessions, even when I’m logged in, some pages don’t show the manage button of the maxiGallery.

                  Is there a checklist to see if my sessions are working and where to find the problem? I think if my problem with the sessions is solved, maxiGallery and vericode will be fine.

                    I checked the sessions again on the server and it seems that 9 of 10 sessions are just empty, is this normal?

                      I don’t think so. Check your session_save_path. It might be visible in PhpInfo(). If not:

                      echo session_save_path();

                      Make sure the directory is writable.

                      It could also be an issue with the host’s garbage collection.
