    Hi Everyone,

    I’ve created a "Membership Application" eForm which has three payment options (cheque, online & bank transfer). After the user has filled out the form and clicked on Apply, I would like them to be directed to a different page depending on which payment type they selected.

    Is there a way to do this?

    My Snippet call is:

    [!eForm? &formid=`memberform` &tpl=`memberform` &report=`memberformreport` &cssStyle=`assets/templates/raceclub/css/form.css` &to=`[email protected]` &subject=`Membership Application` &vericode=`1`!]

    My form chunk is:

    [+validationmessage+]
    <form id="memberform" method="post" action="[~[*id*]~]"><input type="hidden" name="formid" value="memberform" />

    <fieldset id="mtype">
    <legend>Membership/Pass Type</legend>

    <label for="mship">Please select membership/pass:</label>
    <select name="mship">
    <option value="Gold">2010 Gold Membership - $180</option>
    <option value="Associate Gold">2010 Associate Gold Membership - $120</option>
    <option value="Silver Membership">2010 Silver Membership - $100</option>
    <option value="Associate Silver">2010 Associate Silver Membership $80</option>
    <option value="Season Pass"> 2010 Season Pass - $60</option>
    </select><br/>

    </fieldset>

    <fieldset id="mdetails">
    <legend>Personal Details</legend>

    <label for="surname">Surname:</label>
    <input maxlength="60" name="surname" type="text" /><br/>

    <label for="firstname">First Names:</label>

    Thanks in advance, Kahli

      No ideas?

      If it’s not possible to do this with eForm, is there another snippet I could use?

      Cheers, Kahli
