eForm with &sendAsText = no empty lines?

I have odd problem with eForm 1.4.4.6 and MODx 1.0.2:

When using eForm parameter


all empty lines are ignored in email.

If report chunk is something like


the email will be


I tried to add \r\n to the report chunk but that didn’t work either. I’m absolutely sure &sendAsText=`1` parameter has worked just fine before. I’m now confused if this problem is related with eForm version, MODx version or maybe something else?

I recall empty lines being stripped from chunks in some Evolution versions (SVN only, not releases?)
You could try storing form templates in files with this modification:

The source of the initial problem remains, but I won’t dig it any further.
