      Thought I should probably add my form chunk:

      To apply for this position, please fill in and submit the form below:<br/>
      [+validationmessage+]
      <br/><br/>
      <form method="post" action="[~[*id*]~]" enctype="multipart/form-data"><input type="hidden" name="formid" value="feedbackForm"  />
      <label for="name">Your Name</label>
      <input maxlength="60" name="name" type="text" />
       <br/><br/>
      <label for="emai"">Your Email Address</label>
      <input maxlength="40" name="email" size="40" type="text" />
       <br/><br/>
      <label for="JobRef">Job Ref.</label>
      <input maxlength"20" name="JobRef" size="40" value=" [+tvvacref+] " type="text"/>
       <br/><br/>
      <label for="Comments">Any additional information:</label>
      <textarea cols="25" rows="5" name="comments"></textarea>
       <br/><br/>
      <label for="attachment">Upload your CV, preferably in .doc format:</label>
      <input class="field" type="file" name="attachment" eform="Attachment:file:0:Only upload of text documents are supported:#LIST pdf,txt,doc " />
      <br/><br/>
      Please enter the anti spam code below:<br/>
       <br/>
      <img src="[+verimageurl+]" border="1" alt="verification code" />

      <label for="vericode">Code:</label>
      <input name="vericode" size="20" type="text" />

      <input name="submit" type="submit" value="Apply Now" />

      </form>

      The TV call that doesn’t seem to be working is [+tvvacref+]

      I presume I need the tv in front of the TV name (vacref)? Not that it makes any difference to my output so far but worth asking. This is doing my head in!

        Solved this. TV call doesn’t need +’s, it wants *’s!!

        So [*vacref*] worked great.
