Hi! You really need to give details....

mainly...
Your snippet call to eform...
Your chunks used and then when you have posted that we can do a troubleshoot!

BTW Check out the documentation.....
Eform Cheatsheet post. ..... http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,42002.msg252110.html#msg252110

and there is a whole forum Child Board here on Eform.... http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/board,200.0.html

and when your finished there you can even check out the Modx Wiki at http://wiki.modxcms.com/index.php/EForm

Are you sure the PHP mail() function is enabled on your server? If not, you will need to set up eForm to use SMTP mail instead. There are several threads in the eForm sub-forum about this.

Sounds like the PHP mail function isn’t allowed by your host.
Try using this as an external page to test it.

<?php
    mail('[email protected]', 'Subject: Testing PHP Mail Function', 'Does this work?');
?>
