    Hi,

I am receiving emails with the following info:

    Subject: 0
Document or chunk not found for template id= ’’

I looked at the eForm calls and it seems that all of them are using backticks. Is there another reason why I would receive these emails.
I have about 12 forms. Is there a way I can make the email tell me which eform call sent the error?

    Thx

I’ve had the problem too... and for me the problem was with my eForm call.

The way I figured out the problem was to create a couple test chunks (e.g. "mytest", "mytest_report") and then reference them in the eForm calls until I could isolate which chunk was causing problems.

Can you pasted your Snippet call (or one of them at least)?

As I said I have at least 12 forms. Some of them are similar

There were 2 forms I suspected:

One had an empty &fromname: &fromname=`` . I removed it
The other had &report=`[*id*]`. I switched to the id of the document.

Now I’m waiting to see if I still get the email smiley

I think I know what the problem is

the &report is a required field and I did not have it in my call.
The thing is that I’m not sending email, I’m only adding information to the db.

So I entered the ID of the document like &report=`122`

          I hope I won’t get those emails

          Thx
