(Solved) "Company" field not always required

Hiya All,
I have a form that works unless the "Company" field is left blank. This is not good. Is there some way around this? Could I put in a default value? How? or somehow ignore it if it is blank?

eg

becomes:
<p><label>Firma</label></td><td><input type="text" name="firma" value="Keine" size="40" maxlength="60" eform="Your Name::1" /></p>
