    I can’t figure out why this eForm contact form won’t work. I have a feeling it’s something simple, but I’m missing it.

    Here’s my eForm call:

    [!eForm? &formid=`feedbackForm` &tpl=`contact_form` &report=`contact_report` &thankyou=`contact_thanks` &to=`[email protected]` &subject=`contact form submission` &vericode=`1`!]

    And the template "contact_form":
    [+validationmessage+]
    <form id="feedbackForm" method="post" action="[~[*id*]~]" enctype="multipart/form-data">
    	<input type="hidden" name="formid" value="feedback_form" class="hidden" />
    	<fieldset>
    		<legend>Your personal details</legend>
    		<p>
    			<label accesskey="a" for="name">Name</label>
    			<input class="field" type="text" name="name" maxlength="60" eform="Your Name:string:1:Your Full Name is required" />
    		</p>
    		<p>
    			<label accesskey="b" for="email">Email</label>
    			<input class="field" type="text" name="email" size="40" maxlength="40" eform="Email Address:email:1:Please include a valid email address" />
    		</p>
    		<p>
    			<label accesskey="c" for="phone">Phone</label>
    			<input class="field" type="text" name="phone" size="40" maxlength="40" eform="Phone:string:0" />
    		</p>
    	</fieldset>
    	<fieldset>
    		<legend>Attach your resume</legend>
    		<p class="explain">You can upload your resume to us as an attachment. Currently we support the following formats: Ms Word, Adobe Acrobat (pdf), rich text (rtf) or plain text (txt).</p>
    		<p><label for="attachment" accesskey="d">Attachment</label>
    		<input class="field" type="file" name="attachment" size="60" eform="Attachment:file:0:You can only upload documents in the following formats-:#LIST pdf,txt,doc,rtf " /></p>
    	</fieldset>
    	<fieldset>
    		<legend>Write your message</legend>
    		<p>
    			<label accesskey="e" for="message">Message</label>
    			<textarea cols="40" rows="10" name="message" eform="Your Message:html:1:Please include a brief message"></textarea>
    		</p>
    		<p>
    			Please enter the anti spam code below:<br />
    			<img src="[+verimageurl+]" alt="verification code" border="1"/>
    		</p>
    		<p>
    			<label accesskey="f" for="vericode">code</label>
    			<input type="text" name="vericode" size="20" class="captcha" />
    		</p>
    	</fieldset>
    	<p class="explain">
            <input type="submit" name="submitter" value="Submit" class="button" />
        </p>
    </form>

    The report "contact_report":
    <p>This is a response sent by <b>[+name+]</b> using the feedback form on your website. The details of the message follow below:</p>

    <p>Name: [+name+]</p>
    <p>Email: [+email+]</p>
    <p>Phone: [+phone+]</p>
    <p>Comments:<br />[+message+]</p>
    <p>Attachment:<br />[+attachment+]</p>

    <p>You can use this link to reply: <a href="mailto:[+email+]?subject=RE: [+subject+]">[+email+]</a></p>

    And the thank you message "contact_thanks":
    <h3>Thank you for your message</h3>
    <p>We appreciate you taking your time to send us a message and/or your resume. We will look over your information and respond to you in a timely manner.</p>
    <br />
    <p>Below is a copy of your message:</p>

    <p><strong>Your name:</strong><br />[+name+]</p>
    <p><strong>Your email address:</strong><br />[+email+]</p>
    <p><strong>Your phone number:</strong><br />[+phone+]</p>
    <p><strong>Your comments:</strong><br />[+comments+]</p>

    From what I can tell, this should just work. But when I fill out the form and hit the submit button, it just refreshes the page, and I don’t end up getting a message. Any ideas what I’ve got wrong here?

    Thanks!

      Try removing
      <input type="hidden" name="formid" value="feedback_form" class="hidden" />

        See, I knew it was something simple. (Though I’m not sure I would’ve thought of that anyway) smiley

        Thanks a million!
