eform - form field data into a csv, emailed as an attachment..

Anyone ever created something that takes the form data and emails a .csv as an attachment?

I know how to run custom snippets before the form is processed by eform but not after so to speak.

There are lots of .csv creating MySQL code examples out there - but not sure what to do to achieve the desired result of this post topic from form data etc.
