eform working for me but no one else

Hi,

I have a few forms in created in eform. They work fine for me. I’ve tested them on 5 different browsers and all is good. When my client tries to use the form they hit submit and nothing happens. I asked a few other people to try it and still nothing happens. Any words of wisdom?

Just to get the obvious question out of the way... are they accessing the same environment as you? It’s possible code between development/staging servers didn’t get transferred. Been the source of my frustration more times than I’d like to admit.
