Installing a template

How do I install a template? I read the designer tutorials and the install.txt for the template called "blocks" http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,3013.0.html But I still do not understand how to do this. Can someone please help me

For clarification, templating in MODx is SUPER DUPER simple, it only requires html knowledge to start making your own template. If you find any template on this forum, usually the author have their own resources that needs to be included on the template. So if you have question on installing specific template, please do post in the template topic section, because it’s more related to that specific template.
