I am using same feedback form on 2 sites. It works on one site and it does not on the other...I am using the below code on both pages.....

    http://www.champagnegiftbaskets.info/index.php?id=29 --it works here
http://bestdrugdetoxreviews.info/index.php?id=20 --it does not wrk here...

    [!eForm? &formid=`feedbackForm` &tpl=`DetoxContactForm` &report=`DetoxFeedbackReport` &to=`[email protected]` &sendAsHtml=`1` &gotoid=`1`!]

I have created the same chunks DetoxContactForm and DetoxFeedbackReport on both the sites and added this code...Please help me...may be I forgot to do/add something..but dont remember any.....thanks in advance.....

In what way does it not work? Do you get an error message? Nothing at all?

If you do a "view source" on your non-working page, you’ll see the tags have been converted to HTML entities. The Rich Text Editor will "helpfully" do this to you sometimes.

That was not a solution, it was an explanation of why the HTML code for the form is being displayed. I have no idea how your form is being generated, whether or not it is a custom chunk template, and whether or not you have TinyMCE (or some other rich text editor) enabled for editing the chunk, or perhaps you simply copy/pasted the form from somewhere else, and got the HTML entities instead of the raw HTML tags.
