How To Mix eForm and WebLoginPE to use eForm's email attachment?

Eformerz!

I Have set up an Registration form with WebLoginPE including a upload field.
Now when a new webuser register I would like to notify the site manager that a new registration is created including the photo given in the upload field as an attachment.

As far as I know Weblogin can’t send an email with attachment.
So I would like to use eForm to notify the site manager of a new registered web user with email and attachment.

But I cant figure out how I can manage this.

Any help... online docs, code pieces, or similar issues are very appreciated... as this is driving me a little nuts

Thanks,
Edski

I have posted this question in "Commercial Inquiries & Bounties" forum because I need a quick solution for this issue.
I will post back the solution to the Modx community/Wiki if a solution will roll out
