I am trying to add an eForm driven form to the contact page on a site i am currently building. I followed, to a T, the ’General Purpose Feedback Form’ example that ships with the snippet, but all that ends up loading on the contact page is the actual eForm snippet code that I have embedded in a chunk I named eFormCall. The snippet code is as follows:

    [!eForm?
    &formid=`feedbackForm`
    &to=`[email protected],[email protected],[email protected]`
    &tpl=`eFeedBackForm`
    &report=`eFeedbackReport`
    &thankyou=`eFeedbackThanks`
    &mailselector=`department`
    &vericode=`1`
    &subject=`Web site feedback`
    !]

I have gone to great pains to make sure that the formid value listed in the snippet call (feedbackForm) matches, exactly, the formid value associated with the form template. The form template is housed in a chunk that is named ’eFeedbackForm’. Chunks for the email template and thank you message are also in order and properly represented in the snippet call.

Any insights as to why the output on the Contact page would be the actual snippet call code and not the form?

    At a loss here.

    Thanks

If calling a snippet from inside a chunk on a _NOT_ cacheable document try use [[ ... ]]

But don’t know if thats what you are doing? Also do you have the call above on the same and one line?
