I think that there is a new version of eForm in development but not sure if it will be Rovolutionized from the start

eForm is not currently being ported to Revo.

After having looked at the code, I can tell you the MODx Core Team will not be working on conversion, either.

New version in the pipeline, I can assure you... I’m just not very quick sad

Yes, it will be rather different from the last version and initially at least released for 0.9.6.x. Porting it to revolution will be relatively straight forward after that (by me or anyone else interested).
