Eform report email AND confirmation email

Is there a way to send a confirmation email to the form SUBMITTER, as well as the report email to the admin?

What I need is a form, that upon submission, sends the report email to admin, a confirmation email to the form submitter, and then displays the &thankyou message on screen.

I have everything working except the confirmation email to the submitter. Can eform do this?

Yes, you can use a few option like adding a CC of the messsage to another address or you can have an auto response go to the submitter while the actual message goes to the admin.
