    What is the best method when I have a bunch of items for subject in a dropdown down like so

    <select name="department" id="department" class="textInput">
    			<option value="1">option 1</option>
    			<option value="2">option 2</option>
    			<option value="3">option 3</option>
    			<option value="4">option 4</option>
    			<option value="5">option 5</option>
    			<option value="6">option 6</option>
    		</select>

    and say options 1 2 5 6 go to one email address and options 3 goes to another and option 4 goes to even another?

    I have seen a few with the to field being comma seperated so [email protected],[email protected] ect...

    I have also seen where the value="the email address you want it to goto" <-- I dont like that way as that puts the email address up on the website for bots to find it. but with the first way i would have to put the same email address 4 times is this correct? and is there anything else I have to do?

      That is correct. You would have to repeat the email addresses. The alternative is to write yourself a little function and add that to the eFormOnBeforeMailSent event. In that function you could check your ’subject’ field and set $fields[’to’] to the appropriate address.
