I use an eform so that people can register for courses. The following sometimes happens:
when someone fills in an application and sends it + immediately after that tries to send a second application for another course, the second mail is not sent. I als use eform2db for storage in a db. And the second application is correctly entered in the db (that’s why i came across this)
I cannot reproduce this problem, all the mails are correctly sent when i use eform in the same session.
Has anyone got ideas on the cause of this? Has this got something to do with the same session or the cache of the browser?
In the meantime I have contacted those people for extra info on how they used the form + the browser they used etc.

Eform 1.4.4 with modx version 0.9.6.1p2
I’m not sure what could be causing this especially if its not reproducible every time. eForm itself does not use the session except if you use the &protectSubmit or the &submitLimit parameter.
