Any reason why the eform would not send to a specific domain? I got my form up and running on my site, and i’ve tested it to lots of different addresses. But, when I test to any mail address @ my domain (where the eform is running from), I never get the emails.

Anyone know why this could be the case? Every mail account on this server is being run though sitemail.everyone.net. Wonder if that has something to do with it?

    Regards,
    Matt

I wouldn’t suspect eform here initially, can you send mail to your local domain through a normal mail client? Try this first, if it works check your maillogs, then try it with eform and check them again.
Use MODx, or the cat gets it!

In my situation, it turned out that local mail routing had to be manually turned off by the server admins. My client had all their mail being routed to a 3rd party provider. So because local mail routing was still on, I suppose the mail was being sent to the address on the server but no one was there to recieve it. Once they turned it off, the eform worked as expected.

Not sure if this is your situation, but hope that helps.

thx for the quick reply. I well check it. Hopefully that is also the cause of this problem. It is very annoying + mails are sent correctly outside the domain ...Which makes it hard to track
