bug fix: vericode was not working w/ multiple eform instances

I was using two eForms on one page, both with vericode.
I was unable to submit one of them due to "Invalid verification code", even though it was being entered incorrectly.
eForm was only storing the vericode in one session variable.
I have added a test to see if the global $form_id is set, and if it is, it makes that session variable into an array.
I’ve attached the full modified eform.inc.php file as well as a .diff file.

Thanks for that, I’ll have a look at the code and see if it can be integrated into the next version.

It’s been a long time since I’ve looked at that bug or had two eForm snippets on a page. I’ll flag this to take another look, but it won’t be today.

very sad - this problem is not so pleasant
