Newbie Question: Listing of Snippet Codes & Chunks

Hello

Modx is a great program and I absolutely love it . However , even after going through the tutorials and Q &A in the forums, I am finding it difficult locating the snippets and codes needed when building my site. Is there one central location where all the codes are listed ?

In addition, what snippet code do I used to include a summary of the most recent blog posts in my sidebar menu?

Lastly, what is the difference between a snippet and a chunk? I have read the definition provided but I am still a little confused on how it is used in program.

You would use NewsListing to include a summary of the most recent blog posts in your sidebar.

Snippets are php bits that are executed where as chunks are html that is only displayed (they can contain snippet calls though)
