sending attachment with eform

hello.. is there any one can help me..

i’m trying to sending email with attachment using eform snippet.
why when the email sending the attachment file is missing.
i have using this code when calling snippet

"[!eForm? &formid=`ContactForm` &subject=`[+subject+]` &to=`[email protected]` &ccsender=`1` &tpl=`ContactForm` &report=`ContactFormReport` &invalidClass=`invalidValue` &requiredClass=`requiredValue` &cssStyle=`ContactStyles` &gotoid=`1` !]"

and in the chunk on the attachment form is
"<input class="field" type="file" name="attachment" accept="text/plain,application/msword,application/rtf,application/pdf,text/html" eform="Attachment:file:0" />"

is there any code that i have missing...

Don’t you have enctype="multipart/form-data" in your form tag ?
