Messages are sent, but never reaches destination

Eform on my website seems to work fine, when I fill contact form and click SEND there is no error , I can see Thank you message on screen that mail was sent. But message never reaches destination. I checked my email many times and no new mails arrived to it. I’ve tried to search this forum but I’m not sure if in my case this is something to do with SMPT and I do not understand how to configure it....
I put my email address into : Tools -> config -> users -> email address - is it right place for [(emailsender)] ?

Do you have access to your mail logs? Sometimes the mail logs prove useful in faultfinding why mail isn’t reaching the destination. If it’s on a hosted server, perhaps you could ask your host to look at the logs for you.
