    Hi there!
    Damn! I dont know what went wrong. I made a simple site recommondation script which should send 2 Emails to the guy who recommended the site and one to the guy who gets the recommondation.
    My snippet call is something like this:
    [!eForm? &formid=`recommend1` &to=`[+Mehl1+],[+Mehl2+], [email protected]` &subject=`[+Name1+] empfiehlt Ihnen die Webseite der ___` &vericode=`1` &tpl=`recommend1` &report=`recommend1report` &noemail=`0` &gotoid=`40`!]

    but he email is just sent to my email which is written in the &to parameter as email and not as [+...+].
    However - the other 2 EmailAdresses are parsed and are written down in the email which i get but the email isnt sent to these adresses...

    The form worked nicely - but now its not working any more. I installed PHx for some reasons today - could this effect the eForm snippet?

    i tried the &cc parameter as well but without success.... Anyone a suggestion? would be realy appreciated!
    Thanx a lot!!!!
    cheers

      Thanx!

        if i deactivate the phx plugin the form is working again. hmmm.... now its clear - there is a bug. Can i report this to a bug tracker or something?
        It would be easy if i dont have to use phx but i need it... damn...
        but still - modx is a great cms wink

          okay! i found a solution... seems to be a known bug....

          you have to put this in your eForm Snippet - if PHx is activated. I just put the code under the "# Start processing" line in the snippet...

          if( $params[to]{0} == '(' ) $params[to] = str_replace( array('((','))'), array('[+','+]'), $params[to] ); // PHx workaround
          if( $params[from]{0} == '(' ) $params[from] = str_replace( array('((','))'), array('[+','+]'), $params[from] ); // PHx workaround
          if( $params[fromname]{0} == '(' ) $params[fromname] = str_replace( array('((','))'), array('[+','+]'), $params[fromname] ); // PHx workaround
          if( $params[replyto]{0} == '(' ) $params[replyto] = str_replace( array('((','))'), array('[+','+]'), $params[replyto] ); // PHx workaround
          $params[subject] = str_replace( array('((','))'), array('[+','+]'), $params[subject] ); // PHx workaround

          then you have to use placeholder names like ((this)) instead of [+that+] when passing as an eForm parameter.

          Thanx to pixelchutes for this!

            Hi there,

            I have a contact form at www.nutsmail.com/contact.html

            there’s a drop-down with a selector for 4 departments, which correspond to the list i have in my eform call’s &to`` part, but when an email gets sent out, it goes to all 4 email addresses rather than just the one selected.

            i tried the above fix, but no joy, the same thing still happens.

            here’s my eform call:

            [!eForm? &formid=`ContactForm` &subject=`((subject))` &to=`[email protected],[email protected],[email protected],[email protected]` &mailSelector=`selector` &ccsender=`0` &tpl=`contactForm` &report=`contactFormReport` &thankyou=`contactThanks` &from=`((email))` &fromname=`((name))` &vericode=`0` !]

            i use ((this)) rather than [+that+] as mentioned in the previous post here...

            any help would be greatly appreciated.

              my bad!!!!

              i [stupidly] was using &mailSelector instead of &mailselector (Capital S)

              <blush>
