Step 1. Build your html form (in an external editor if you wish
Make sure you give the <form> tag an id attribute!
Set the action of the form to [~[*id*]~].
For each form field add the pseudo "eform" attribute to tell eForm how to validate the field.
Save your form in a chunk.
Step 2. Build your report chunk. This will be used as the text in the email that will be send. Use placeholders for each field value (ie [+fieldname+])
Step 2. In your document place your eForm call with the parameters you need.
