Problems with a check box

    I have a check box on my contact for to ask whether I can keep their details for future mailing. It is defaulted to on, but I am getting validation errors of "Keep Contact Details » Incorrect value"

    Can you spot what is going wrong and how do I disable validation on a check box?

    The form code has:

    <p><input type="checkbox" name="keepdetails" id="cfKeepDetails"  checked="checked" eform="Keep Contact Details::0" />
<label for="cfKeepDetails"> Uncheck this box if you do not want us to keep your contact details on record.</label>

      I think that you need to include the value parameter (value="1") in order to get the validation.
