    Hi All
    I have installed as per the docs.
    1. The form shows up
    2. Click ’send feedback’

    Nothing.

    No validation
    No CAPTCHA
    No Emails arrive
    [!eForm? &formid=`eFeedbackForm`&to=`[email protected]`&tpl=`eFeedBackForm`&report=`eFeedbackReport`&thankyou=`eFeedbackThanks`&mailselector=`department`&vericode=`1`&subject='Web site feedback`!]

    No Errors

    Using cPanel other forms in other apps work?

    Any help would be appreciated

      Try it without the vericode to make sure it is not a related issue.

          <input type="hidden" name="formid" value="feedbackForm" />

          your parameter for formid is eFeedbackForm though.

          That will fail silently as I have found in the past.

            u r a * Taff smiley
            Silly mistake, thank you (check b4 c+p)

            Now the CAPTHA smiley
            The validation works
            The mail is sent
            I fixed the ’no name’ in the email and results page, again a mistake in the form.

            The CAPTCHA:
            All I get is an Image with ’validation code’ on it?

            Not sure why?
            Thanks again

                Hey,
                sorry for the late reply.

                To display the captcha imagery try:

                <img src="[+verimageurl+]" alt="verification code" border="1"/>
                <label for="vericode">Verification code from the image above:
                <input type="text" name="vericode" size="20" />
                </label>

                in your chunk as opposed to pointing it directly to the vericode.php

                You’ll need a
                &vericode=`1`
                in your eForm Call though.

                Your GD appears to be sound enough, I have had trouble on the odd hosting for clients when XBM support wasn’t enabled, but yours appears to be good.

                Good luck!
                Taff

                  hmmm, nope

                  I think the problem may be a general one as I turned on the captha in the manager login ad that shows nothing.
                  What I thought was an image with "verification code" is in fact text with a border sad.
                  The manager login shows a graphic placeholder.

                  Now I am lost as captcha is working elsewhere on the server, I have also looked around the forums for an answer and found nothing?

                  Thanks for trying to help.
                  Regards
                  Michael
