    Hello-

    I have used eForm on about 10 sites with no problem, but I just set up a website with the latest release of MODx 0.9.6.1p2 and eForm and now when I send an email, I don’t receive it.

    I’ve coped the code that is currently working on another site over about three times just to make sure, but nothing changes.

    Here is the code I am using

    Chunk - ContactForm:
    <p class="error">[+validationmessage+]</p>

    <form method="post" action="[~[*id*]~]" id="EmailForm" name="EmailForm">

    		<input name="formid" type="hidden" value="ContactForm" />

    		<p><label for="cfName">Your name:<br>
    		<input name="name" id="cfName" class="input100 type="text" eform="Your Name::1:" /> </label></p>

    		<p><label for="cfEmail">Your Email Address:<br>
    		<input name="email" id="cfEmail" class="input100" type="text" eform="Email Address:email:1" /> </label></p>

    		<p><label for="cfRegarding">Regarding:<br>
    		</label>
    		<select name="subject" id="cfRegarding" eform="Form Subject::1">
    			<option value="General Inquiries">General Inquiries</option>
    			<option value="Press">Press or Interview Request</option>
    			<option value="Partnering">Partnering Opportunities</option>
    		</select></p>

    		<p><label for="cfMessage">Message:<br>
    		<textarea name="message" id="cfMessage" class="input100" rows="4" cols="20" eform="Message:textarea:1"></textarea>
    		</label></p>

    		<p><input type="submit" name="contact" id="cfContact" class="button" value="Send This Message" /></p>

    </form>

    Chunk - ContactFormReport

    <p>This is a response sent by <b>[+Name+]</b> using the feedback form on the website. The details of the message follow below:</p>

    <p>Name: [+name+]</p>
    <p>Email: [+email+]</p>
    <p>Regarding: [+subject+]</p>
    <p>comments:<br />[+message+]</p>

    <p>You can use this link to reply: <a href="mailto:[+email+]?subject=RE: [+subject+]">[+email+]</a></p>

    Snippet Call:

    [!eForm? &formid=`ContactForm` &subject=`[+subject+]` &to=`[email protected]` &from=`[+email+]` &replyto=`[+email+]` &ccsender=`0` &tpl=`ContactForm` &report=`ContactFormReport` &gotoid=`2`!]

    If you can see anything wrong with this setup please let me know, cause I am banging my head off the wall trying to figure this out. Thanks.

      Does this code look OK to everyone? If it is OK, maybe it’s some kinda of hosting issue or something. Any feedback would be appreciated. At the very least, I would like to know if this code is correct or not.

      Thanks

        If the sites are on different hosts (or even different servers) it’s probably not your code. It’s possible that your host has the PHP mail() function turned off for that server.
