Hi All,
I seem to be having an intermittent problem with eForm and a form on my site. The form is pretty basic and has worked with out fault for myself but someone has mentioned that after completion and submission no "Thank You" form is return nor a copy of the form via email.
I’m lost as to how to try and track this down. I have searched the forum but not come across anything.
I remember I had a registration issue at one time with a different snippet that was mis-interpreting a group of email address (hotmail). Would an "invalid" email address cause this?
The person who has mentioned that something has been completed but nothing has come through has said whether they received an error message or not.

I have found the following in a log:

I think I know whats happening now.
Someone forgot to read the instructions but I think the file size limitation has worked in this case. Thanks for reading my drivel!
