Friendly URLs and paths, eForm problem!!

I have added
<base href="[(site_url)]"></base>
in the head of every template, and have added the plug in to fix the anchor links but i now have the following problem.

I am using 2 forms with eForm, one is on a page in the root contact us (which works), the other is in a file called misc/fitting.html, when the form gets filled out should show a thanks chunk, but after submitting the it tries to view the page at the root instead of misc/fitting.html

Any suggestions?
