Hello all,
here is something I havent noticed before now. Now that ive noticed it though it is a little annoying as I cannot get it to work.
I have used the example form when creating the eform as that is all I require for the moment. The user would fill out their name, email address, choose the department and leave a comment.
I am glad to say I get the email and the persons email address and comments however I do not receive their name.
When testing the form out myself and it gives you the thankyou page again the name is not displayed meaning that it is not being captured and sent as part of the form I am sure.
I have tried assigning string tot he name field (like the email field has email and the content field has html) but this doesnt seem to make any difference.
Could anyone assist please?
Regards,
Tom.
ditto - also, the labels aren’t showing up for me (when I view page source, they’re there, but just don’t show.)
you need to change all instances of "name" to the same case - by default it was capitalized in the form, but not in some other code, so go into the eFeedBackForm chunk and change Name to name.
