has an extra ` which will close the parameter before the placeholder; if this is actually what’s in your snippet call, PHx has nothing to do with the dropping of the placeholder from that parameter. It should be
&from=`[+email+]` &subject=`Reaction from: [+name+]`
PHX will still drop the placeholder even if tou use Susans way.
