    Hello,

I have eForm up and running. I filled out ALL of the fields and submitted the form, however out of all the fields:
Your Name*, Your Email Address*, Your Phone Number*, Your Company, Your Mailing Address*, Subject, Comments

only the following were sent in an email:
    Name, Email, Comments

My code from the contact form is below. Is there something I’m missing?

    Thank You,
    Jess

How does the template look you’re using for the e-mail message? Does it contain the placehholders for all the fields in your form?

That was definitely it, thank you!

For the email subject, is there anyway to get it to list the text of the subject instead of the option value? For example, in the email the recipient receives, the text reads: "Email Subject: 2" and I’d like it to say "Email Subject: Inquire about an order."

This is the code I’m currently using:
        <option value="2">Inquire about an order</option>

Is it as simple as switching the option value to match the text of the subject?

        Thanks again,
        Jess

So far I’ve never used options for the subject myself, but by replacing the option value with your string, that should cover it I assume. Why not being really outrageous and simply try it out and see if it works? wink

That worked and you’re right - I probably could have taken care of that one myself. smiley

            I’m a little snaphappy today.

No problem - some people are just born lazy ... grin
