eForm: Validation and Form Fields

I can’t get it to work. I’m not sure what else to do. If there’s anyone out there who can help me get this simple form up and running I’ll pay! Please ping me if interested - I need help.

Your eFeedbackForm code:

<input type="hidden" name="formid" value="feedbackForm" />

Your snippet call begins with:

[!eForm? &formid=`eFeedbackForm ...`

Missing "e" in the value of the hidden field!
Should be value="eFeedbackForm" like the &formid parameter. Check this please.
